Une des questions les plus importantes de nos jours, comment manipuler le stress et les conflits. Avec l'aide de ce type de formation, les participants pourront tourner des situations stressantes sur leur avance. Dans une équipe elle n'est pas peu commune, ayant des arguments ou des situations étroitement tendues.
