Leaders' Competence developing

The situation of the leaders in the XXI. century is more difficult as the former leaders' situation was. The leaders of today has to be able to adapt new situations as fast as possible in this economically and financially unpredictable changing business world. These are turbulences what need to be surfed and used, not to survived. The aim of this programme is to prepare leaders and their supply to these changes.


The content of the program is consisted of the following modules:

: situation and style

In this rushing world, the time to prepare or develop our skills getting less and less. According to this, the modul provides the essence of the most important leader technics, aspects of leadership nowadays. We measure up the participants' main characteristics, the limits of the actual strategy in leadership, and the opportunities of changing style to be more successful. The definition of achievement-management, used as a system of leadership, gives a summary of communicating goals, achievement.monitoring and also give a look into the team-communication, how to motivate our people.


: role and identity:


As the ship tossing on the stormy sea is the captain for his crew, for colleagues confronting the challenges of the world changing continuously, so does the leader mean the who they can follow and may trust. According to this important role of the managers, the leader may not simply be the representant of authority or the power person, but has to be an acceptable and exemplary values presenter in the communication on every stage.

: knowledge and application

Leaders' tasks beside defining visions and targets, communication, ensuring the sources, developing co-workers, leading,decision-making, consultancy and motivation, must concentrate on the realisation of the program and concentrate on: what and how to do.

There is no style existing, that would be successful in all the situations given. Successful leadership is an art of melding and forming different technics onto different persons and situations. According to this there is no good or bad leading-style, only . The aim of the competence developing program is not to pick up the different methods or ways, but to inspire you to think through which style to use in different situations to be successful.

The main question of leadership is how to create strategies that are appropriates to find the between the changes of the market, the opportunities of the organization and the company owner's will. This is the easier one to do but how to tailor this strategy to achieve the given targets and to communicate it with the co-workers.
